Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 360 g sweet Gorgonzola
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 100 g cooking cream
  • 1 tsp, levelled powdered sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
