Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g shepherd’s cheese
- ½ Pepper, red, very finely chopped
- 1 tsp, heaped ginger, finely grated
- 1 tsp, crushed paprika powder, sweet
- 300 g cream cheese
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
- 100 ml organic olive oil

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 15 minutes

Roughly dice the feta cheese, mix together all the other ingredients except the olive oil, and let it sit in the refrigerator if necessary. Finally, fold in the feta cheese and adjust the consistency with olive oil. Tips: I also added thyme leaves. It can be refined with pepper and saffron.
