Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp horseradish, grated
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 tsp cream
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 2 tsp jelly (currant jelly)
  • 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 3 tsp mixed herbs (dill, chives, parsley, herbs de Provence – fresh or frozen)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Long-tested family recipe

Chop the fresh herbs very finely. Then simply mix everything together.
