Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 100 g cornstarch
  • 1 lemon(s) (juice and zest)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Done in a flash!

Mix the softened butter with the sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, and lemon zest and juice thoroughly; the longer the mix, the better. Combine the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder and fold in. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-30 minutes.
