Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g ham, cooked, diced
- 1 bell pepper(s), red, cut into strips
- 1 bell pepper(s), green, cut into strips
- 1 small can of apricot(s), quartered, with juice
- 2 tbsp margarine
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 cup(s) chicken broth or vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
quick preparation
Melt the margarine and sauté the flour in it. Then add the stock and apricot juice. Bring to a boil, then add all the remaining ingredients to the sauce. Simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes. Serve hot. Basmati rice or pasta are delicious with it.
