Bananas with ham

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 bananas
  • 8 slices of Black Forest ham
  • 1 tomato(s), whole, peeled
  • curry powder
  • Salt
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 500 g rice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the bananas and rub them with a little lemon juice and curry powder. Wrap the bananas in ham and place them in a shallow baking dish. Then add the tomatoes and salt to the bananas. Cook in a preheated oven at 180°C (gas mark 4-6) until the bananas are tender. Meanwhile, prepare the rice according to the package instructions. Arrange the bananas and rice on plates and serve.
