Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g margarine, melted
- 3 tbsp oil
- 200 g sugar
- 250 g quark
- 600 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 325 g butter
- 250 g walnuts, chopped
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- Grease for the tray

Prepare a batter from margarine, oil, sugar, quark, eggs, 300g flour, and baking powder. For the crumble, knead together 200g melted butter, powdered sugar, 300g flour, and the walnuts. Place the batter on a greased baking sheet and scatter the crumble over it. Bake the cake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) until light brown (approx. 30-35 minutes). Melt 125g butter, mix with 1 tablespoon of sour cream, and pour over the hot crumble. Sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar before serving. The cake freezes well.
