Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 melon(s) (honeysuckle or Galia melon)
- 300 g raspberries
- 150 g cream
- 40 g honey
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
stuffed melon, festive dessert or eye-catcher for the buffet
Quarter the melon and scoop out the seeds. Remove the flesh from the rind and dice it. Whip the cream until stiff and mix with the honey. Set aside a few raspberries and melon pieces for garnish. Mix the rest into the cream. Fill the melon rinds with the fruit cream. Decorate with the reserved fruit pieces.
