Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g pasta (spaghetti)
- 1 lemon(s), untreated
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 2 chili peppers
- 1 cup(s) Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 bunch arugula
- Sea salt
- pepper
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the spaghetti in lightly salted water. Grate the lemon zest and squeeze the lemon juice. Finely slice the garlic and chili peppers. Sauté the lemon zest, garlic, and chili peppers in a little olive oil. Add the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Cut the arugula into coarse strips. Drain the spaghetti and stir all ingredients into the still-hot spaghetti.
