Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 200 g cream cheese
- 80 g Ajvar, spicy, hot
- 1 bunch of chives
- some salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 12 hours 15 minutes
Dice the bell peppers and finely chop the chives. Mix everything with cream cheese and ajvar and let it marinate overnight.
