Herbal cream cheese à la “Bressot”

Ingredients for 20 servings:

  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 200 g cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • some pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, squeezed
  • 2 packs of herbs (8-herb blend, frozen)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 4 days; Total time approx. 4 days 15 minutes

Mix all ingredients together, pour into a lidded bowl, and let stand at room temperature for 24 hours. Then let it rest in the refrigerator for another 3 days. Then pour into smaller containers and consume within 4 weeks.
