Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 5 pork schnitzels (100 g each)
- salt and pepper
- 1 egg(s), 1 pack of Rösti (e.g. from Pfanni)
- 100 ml sweet cream
- 100 g cheese, grated
- 1 bunch chives, cut into rolls
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Season the schnitzel with salt and pepper and place it on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet. Mix the rösti with the egg, sweet cream, cheese, and finely chopped chives. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Spread the rösti mixture over the schnitzel. Bake in a preheated oven at 225°C for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Serve hot.
