Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g banana(s)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 8 dates, OR:
- 4 figs
- 100 g hazelnuts
- 1 tsp rapeseed oil
- 1 tsp agave syrup
- 1 tbsp cream, oat
- 80 g marzipan
- 1 serving of walnut-sized bread spread (Carobella)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
vegan, sugar-free, dairy-free
Blend everything in a blender. Pour into glasses.
