Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can tuna, in its own juice
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 5 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 50 g cashew nuts, kernels
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Sugar
  • Paprika powder, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Thinly slice the spring onions, chop the parsley and nuts. Drain the tuna juice. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix, seasoning with salt, pepper, sugar, and paprika to taste. This salad tastes best on fresh bread.
