Seafood salad with white wine vinegar

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 kg seafood, frozen
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 6 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 3 lemons
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 day 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 1 day 43 minutes

Thaw the seafood. Then place it in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes. After cooking, rinse with cold water and drain well. Mix the white wine vinegar, oil, garlic, parsley, sugar, the juice of about half a lemon, salt, and pepper to make a marinade. Pour it over the seafood and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (the longer the better). When serving, serve half a lemon per person.
