Vegetarian meatballs

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of smoked tofu
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 50 g soy (shredded), fine
  • 1 egg(s)
  • breadcrumbs
  • tsp marjoram
  • tsp salt
  • tsp pepper
  • Parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 dashes soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or rapeseed oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

very spicy meatballs without meat

Puree the tofu and mix it with the soy shreds. Add a splash of soy sauce. Then roughly puree. Then finely chop the onion and garlic and add them to the pureed mixture along with the parsley. Add the egg, salt, pepper, marjoram, and breadcrumbs. Mix everything well. Form the mixture into balls and fry thoroughly in olive or rapeseed oil. Simple and delicious. Goes well with mashed potatoes or vegetables.
