Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g margarine
- 100 g sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 pack lemon peel, grated
- 250 g flour
- 250 ml Cremefine whipping cream with vanilla flavor
- 125 g quark
- 1 jar morello cherries, (350g)
- 35 g poppy seeds
- powdered sugar

Using a hand mixer, combine margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg yolks, lemon zest, and flour into a dough. Press 3/4 of the dough into the greased base of a 26cm springform pan. Pierce holes in the base with a fork. Gently mix the whipped cream, cherries, poppy seeds, and quark. Spread the mixture onto the cake base and sprinkle the remaining dough over the top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (155°C fan oven) for about one hour. Dust with powdered sugar once cooled.
