Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 110 g soy granules
- 250 ml water
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- ½ tsp paprika powder, mild
- 1 tsp marjoram, dried
- 1 tsp mustard, hot
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 100 ml Soy Cuisine, low-fat
- 20 g soy flour
- 20 g chickpeas, ground
- Sauce thickener (Bindobin), 2 measuring spoons
- Herb salt and pepper, freshly ground
- some oil (coconut oil), virgin for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Heat the water in a pot, remove from the heat, add the salt and soy granules, stir, and let stand for about 1 hour. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and season generously with herb salt and pepper. Form small meatballs with wet hands. I made 10. Heat the coconut oil in a pan and add the meatballs. Reduce the heat and fry the meatballs over low heat for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown.
