Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g dark chocolate (at least 60%)
- 250 g flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 110 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 170 ml milk
Instructions

Melt the butter and chocolate over a pan of simmering water, stirring continuously, and let cool slightly. Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until the mixture is creamy and the sugar has dissolved. The longer you beat, the fluffier the muffins will be! Then stir in the milk and the cooled chocolate. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt and stir into the chocolate mixture. Divide the batter among 12 baking cups and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for about 20 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack and let cool.
