Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g flour
  • 1 tsp, heaped baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 g sugar
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 40 g butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp liqueur (coconut liqueur)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 12 balls of confectionery (coconut confectionery)
  • 75 g desiccated coconut

Super juicy – ​​simply heavenly! Makes 12 pieces

Combine flour and baking powder. Separate the eggs. Combine 50g of sugar, crème fraîche, butter, liqueur, egg yolks, and salt. Quickly stir in the flour mixture. Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin and press one coconut candy into each. Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C (top/bottom heat). Beat the egg whites until stiff, sprinkle in the remaining sugar, and fold in the desiccated coconut. Spread on the muffins and bake for 10-15 minutes. Let cool in the tin for 5 minutes.
