Dready's Garlic Basil Butter

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of butter, Irish
  • 3 bulb(s) garlic, Chinese
  • 1 pot of fresh basil, possibly 2
  • herbal salt
  • Pepper, fresh
  • 1 tbsp cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

First, soften the butter. Meanwhile, peel and press the garlic. Tear off and wash the basil leaves, pat dry, and finely chop. Once the butter is soft, whisk it with the cream until smooth, add the garlic and basil, and mix well. Season with herb salt and pepper, transfer to a bowl, and refrigerate. TIPS: The butter goes well with grilled food or fresh baguette/toast. Because the butter contains a lot of garlic, you should stay away from other people the next day and avoid going to work.
