Fine chocolate cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 250 g butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 pack flavoring (lemon)
  • 200 g chocolate sprinkles
  • 325 ml eggnog (1/2 bottle)
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with eggnog, made super quickly!

Combine all ingredients (except the powdered sugar) with a hand mixer until smooth and pour into a greased springform pan. Bake at 200°C for approximately 60 minutes (test with a toothpick). Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
