Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 200 ml cream
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pack of mixed herbs (7 herbs, frozen)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 10 minutes

quick and inexpensive homemade

Mix all ingredients together. Season well to taste and let drain overnight in a fine-mesh sieve. Note: I use the Tupperware strainer.
