- 4 cloves garlic

- ½ lime(s), the juice

Instructions

Stir the sour cream in a bowl until creamy. Then peel and press in the garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste and add the lime juice. Refrigerate and let it sit for a while until ready to serve. This dip is ready in no time and is a huge hit with my barbecue guests every year.
