Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 1 kg low-fat curd cheese
- 1 bunch of chives
- ½ bunch parsley
- 1 sprig(s) rosemary
- 4 garlic cloves
- Salt
- Pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Place the quark in a large bowl. Finely chop the herbs and add them. Finely dice the garlic and add it (or press it through a garlic press). Season with salt and pepper and let it sit for at least an hour.
