Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 375 ml milk (skimmed milk)
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 4 almonds, grated sweet
  • 2 almonds, grated bitter
  • 125 ml water, cold
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 50 g cornstarch

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Bring milk, butter, salt, sugar, and almonds to a boil. Whisk together the water, cocoa, and cornstarch, stir, and pour into the boiling liquid. Bring to a boil.
