Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter (sour cream butter), very soft
- 75 g cream cheese, natural
- 1 bag of red fruit jelly powder (smooth)
- 50 g powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
enough for about 24 muffins
Beat the very soft butter and cream cheese with a mixer. Gradually add the red currant jelly powder and powdered sugar until smooth. This frosting pairs well with vanilla or stracciatella cupcakes. Since I usually only top my cupcakes with a small layer of buttercream, the recipe was enough for 24 cupcakes.
