Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • 50 g butter
  • 80 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp rum
  • 250 g quark (cottage cheese)
  • 2 tbsp semolina
  • Raisins, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta, drain, and rinse. Combine butter, sugar, eggs, and flavorings in a mashed potato, then stir in the curd cheese, semolina, and finally the pasta. Butter a casserole dish, pour the mixture into the pan, and bake at 190 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes.
