Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g squid(s), whole
- 1 Cabanossi
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 1 small zucchini
- 4 tsp curry paste, red
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
perfect for grilling
Cut the Cabanossi and zucchini into small cubes. Slice the spring onions into thin rings and add them. Mix everything with the curry paste and sesame oil. Remove the heads from the calamari and fill the tubes with the mixture. Place the heads onto the filled tubes using a skewer. Brush the calamari with the remaining oil in the bowl. Prepare the grill and cook the calamari on the grill for about 10 minutes, turning once.
