Mushroom and chicory pan

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g potatoes
  • 6 large mushrooms (giant mushrooms)
  • 2 chicory
  • 1 cup of cream
  • Thyme
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the potatoes as if they were boiling. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Wash the chicory and remove the leaves, then slice them. Heat the oil in a pan and add the mushrooms. Peel the potatoes and slice them. Add them to the mushrooms. Add the cream and let it reduce slightly. Then add the chicory and season. Fry briefly in the pan.
