simple and delicious with pan-fried dishes

Wash the zucchini, halve lengthwise, and scrape out the seeds. Cut the zucchini halves into thin slices. Wash and halve the grapes. Heat oil or other fat in a pan and fry the zucchini slices. Season with salt and pepper (or add other Mediterranean spices to taste). When the zucchini is almost cooked to your desired degree (crisp or well-done), add the grapes and fry until they begin to release their juices. Finally, add a small splash of cream, if desired. The vegetables taste great stir-fried or as a lukewarm salad.
