  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 shot of pumpkin seed oil (definitely the original!)
  • Pumpkin seeds, chopped, as desired
  • some garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • some butter

When it comes to pumpkin seed oil, be sure to use the original Styrian pumpkin seed oil; it gives the spread a lovely green hue! Serve with fresh farmhouse bread—it’s simply delicious!
