Peach and ginger smoothie

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 peaches or nectarines
  • 1 small carrot(s)
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 cl lemon juice
  • 0.3 cm ginger root, approx. 1 – 2 thin slices
  • 5 tbsp natural yogurt
  • n. B. ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

sweet and spicy smoothie with peach, banana, carrot, ginger and yogurt

Pit the peaches, peel the banana, and chop the carrots into smaller pieces. Wash and chop the ginger, peeling or not, depending on your taste. Place it in a blender along with the yogurt and lemon juice. Add 1-2 ice cubes to each glass and serve cold.
