for fitness enthusiasts and athletes, protein-rich

First, mix the dry ingredients in a bowl, then add the wet ingredients. Mix everything well. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to approximately 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Then shape the rolls with your hands. This amount will make three smaller or two larger rolls. They won’t rise, but will retain roughly the size and shape you place them on the baking sheet lined with baking paper. If desired, you can sprinkle the rolls with chia seeds or poppy seeds, etc. (press a little onto the surface with a wet teaspoon). Sweetening them with raisins would certainly work, too. Then bake for 20 minutes on the middle rack. The rolls are hearty, compact, very filling, and have a delicious flavor. Just try and experiment. The calorie information refers to one roll in this recipe with three small rolls.
