Spaghetti with smoked salmon trout

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g salmon trout(s), smoked
  • 300g spaghetti
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ bunch parsley, flat
  • 1 tsp chili, dried, chopped
  • 1 lemon(s) (organic)
  • olive oil
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • 5 tbsp cream, whipped, unsweetened

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

quick and easy

Cut the salmon trout into chunks, slice the garlic, and slice the lemon. Pick the parsley leaves and finely chop them. Cook the spaghetti in salted water. Just before the end of the cooking time, heat a pan with a little olive oil, add the garlic, parsley, lemon slices, and chili, and fry briefly. Immediately add the cooked spaghetti from the cooking liquid to the pan. Add a little cooking liquid, cream, and salmon trout pieces, and season with salt and pepper. Briefly toss everything in the hot pan. Then transfer to warmed plates and serve sprinkled with parsley. Enjoy!
