Zucchini-apricot smoothie with lemon balm

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g zucchini
  • 200 g apricot(s), fresh
  • 100 g buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp lemon balm, chopped
  • e.g. agave syrup or sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and roughly chop the zucchini. Wash, halve, and pit the apricot. Blend the zucchini with the apricot, buttermilk, and lemon balm. Season the smoothie with sugar or agave syrup, if desired. Pour into glasses.
