Oak leaf lettuce in whey mustard dressing

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ head of oak leaf lettuce
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 100 ml whey
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp chives, fresh
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Trim and wash the oak leaf lettuce. Toast the sunflower seeds, if desired. Chop the chives. Mix the whey, mustard, chives, and vinegar to make a dressing and season with sugar, salt, and pepper. First, arrange the oak leaf lettuce on plates or in bowls, then pour the dressing over it. Finally, sprinkle the sunflower seeds over the salad.
