Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 375 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 50 g butter, liquid
- n. B. Clarified butter for frying
- n. B. Cooked ham (1 slice per pancake)
- 100 g cheese, grated
- n. B. Dill, fresh, finely chopped
- 1 tomato(s), chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
filled with ham and cheese
Mix the flour, eggs, vanilla sugar, and butter into a smooth batter. Gradually add the milk, otherwise lumps will form. Let the batter rest a little. Fry in clarified butter until golden brown, the thinner the better. Place a slice of cooked ham in the center of each pancake, sprinkle with a few tomato pieces, some grated cheese, and some dill. Roll up the pancakes, place them in a baking dish, and sprinkle with cheese. Now place the dish in the microwave at 600W or in the oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) until the cheese has melted slightly.
