Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 ml egg liqueur
- 450 g strawberries, fresh
- 30 g powdered sugar
- 250 g whole milk yogurt

Wash the strawberries and set aside four large ones. Hull the remaining strawberries, quarter them, and blend them with powdered sugar. Set aside 250 ml of strawberry puree, then mix the rest with whole-milk yogurt and 100 ml of eggnog. Prepare four tall glasses and pour the remaining eggnog over them. Slowly spoon the strawberry-yogurt mixture over the top. Carefully drizzle the strawberry puree over the top in a third layer and garnish with the remaining strawberries to serve.
