Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of fresh gnocchi, 600 g
  • 1 pack of bratwurst (small Nuremberg bratwurst), 300 g
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp ajvar
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. herbs, any
  • A dash of soy sauce, if you like

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the small sausages into small pieces, for example, thirds. Quarter the zucchini lengthwise and slice thinly using a mandoline. Then cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Add the butter to the pan and fry the sausages. After a minute, add the gnocchi and fry. (Add a little more butter if needed.) When the sausages and gnocchi are slightly browned, add the zucchini slices and tomato pieces. Fry briefly, then add the ajvar and crème fraîche and mix well. Season with salt, pepper, herbs (e.g., Provençal herbs), and a little soy sauce. If you like, sprinkle some grated cheese on top and let it melt in the pan. Enjoy! If you don’t like meat, you can swap the sausages for an additional vegetable, such as mushrooms, bell peppers, etc.
