Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 kg carrot(s)
- 750 g potatoes
- 3 tsp, leveled broth
- 1 cup of cream (200 g)
- 1 package of bratwurst, coarse
- pepper
- Water

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
for 2 days
First, cut the potatoes and carrots into equal-sized cubes. Cut each sausage into approximately 5-6 pieces and fry in a large pan. Remove from the pan and set aside. Add the potatoes and carrots to the sausage stock, add enough water to just cover, and add 3 teaspoons of stock. Simmer on heat 3-4, depending on your stovetop. After about 15-20 minutes of cooking, deglaze with cream. Add the sausage, bring to a boil, and season again with the spices.
