Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g fish (smoked salmon)
- 20 g horseradish
- 250 g cream cheese
- Seasoning
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mix the freshly grated horseradish with cream cheese and seasoning. Fill smoked salmon slices with the horseradish filling and roll them up. Serve with toast and sparkling wine.
