Ham and leek salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g ham, raw
  • 300 g leek
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 250 ml oil
  • some mustard
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • some pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Finely chop the ham or mince it. Finely chop the leek. Make a mayonnaise with the remaining ingredients and stir in the ham and leek. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. This amount is enough for 20 half rolls.
