Kefir with mandarins, ginger and turmeric

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 ml mandarin juice, freshly squeezed, from about 4 mandarins
  • 200 ml kefir 1.5%
  • 5 g ginger, peeled, diced
  • 1 tsp honey, creamy
  • 1 pinch of turmeric

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

fruity and delicious

Combine freshly squeezed tangerine juice, kefir, honey, turmeric, and ginger in a blender and blend with an immersion blender. Pour into two glasses and enjoy.
