Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g yogurt
- 1 large persimmon
- 2 large tangerines
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 tsp, levelled honey, liquid
- 2 pinches of turmeric
- 2 pinches of cinnamon
- 2 pinches of cardamom
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine the yogurt, lime juice, honey, and spices in a blender. Peel and slice the persimmons. Juice the mandarins. Add the juice and pulp, along with the persimmon pieces, to the yogurt. Blend with a hand blender until smooth. Pour into two glasses and serve.
