Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1 flatbread(s)
- 2 points of salmon (smoked salmon, 200 g each)
- 1 point cream cheese
- 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs
- 250 g quark (20%)
- 1 jar horseradish (creamed horseradish)
- 1 small onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- 4 eggs, hard-boiled
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
Instructions
Working time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes
Cut the flatbread in half. Make a cream from the quark, cream cheese, crème fraîche, and horseradish. Finely dice the onion and add it. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the cream on both flatbread halves. Top with the smoked salmon. Cover with egg slices and tomato halves. Garnish with fresh dill, if desired.
