Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 stalk(s) Celery
  • 1 avocado(s), ripe
  • 1 orange(s), organic
  • 1 piece(s) salad cucumber(s), organic approx. 8 cm
  • ½ watermelon(s)
  • 1 scoop of sorbet (lemon sorbet)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

For 2 large glasses

First, wash the celery and clean it thoroughly, i.e. remove any fine threads on the stalk. Also wash the cucumber, dry it, deseed it and cut it into pieces along with the celery. Peel the orange, remove all the white pith all around and fillet it, reserving the juice. Place the orange segments, including the juice, the celery and the lemon sorbet, in a blender and blend on the highest setting until smooth. Halve the avocado, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Add to the blender and blend briefly. Deseed the watermelon and remove the rind. Use a melon baller to scoop out a few balls for garnishing and set aside. Roughly dice the remaining flesh and add to the blender along with the cucumber. Blend briefly again. Pour into two pretty glasses, put the melon balls on skewers and garnish. Serve immediately.
