Pasta with tuna, onions, tomatoes, peppers and chili peppers

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 can tuna in oil, approx. 130 g
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • ½ bell pepper(s)
  • 1 large pepper, mild-spicy
  • 180 g pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Tuna – Vegetable – Pasta à la Elephant

Cook the pasta while dicing or slicing the vegetables. Briefly sauté the onions in hot oil, add the tuna, and fry briefly. Do not drain the tuna; use the oil for frying. Add the remaining ingredients, mix, and fry. Season with salt and pepper and other seasonings (garlic salt, pizza pasta seasoning, etc.) if desired. Leave in the pan over low heat until the pasta is done, stirring occasionally.
