SABO's strawberry, kiwi and pineapple salad with cream sauce

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 300 g strawberries
  • 300 g pineapple (pulp)
  • 4 kiwis
  • 120 g cream cheese
  • 150 g condensed milk (Milkmaid)
  • 200 ml cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Halve the strawberries if desired, slice the pineapple, and slice the kiwi into wedges, and combine in a large bowl. Mix the cream cheese with the milk. Whisk the cream until stiff and fold into the cream cheese mixture. Mix the cream cheese into the salad.
