Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 stalk(s) leeks
- 50 g meat sausage
- 2 apples
- 1 small can of pineapple
- 1 small jar of remoulade with herbs
- pineapple juice
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
Cut the leek into thin rings. Wash thoroughly and drain. Drain the pineapple in a sieve, reserving the juice. Finely dice the bologna, apples, and pineapple. Mix all ingredients with the remoulade and a little pineapple juice. Season with salt and pepper and let it marinate for a few hours.
